Absorption: – De-esterification of Cefpodoxime Proxetil takes place in the gastrointestinal tract where it is absorbed and is converted to its active metabolite which is Cefpodoxime.

Metabolism: – It gets metabolised in-vivo.

Excretion: – Through urine.

POTASSUIM CLAVULANATE

Absorption: – Potassium Clavulanate is well absorbed from the gastro-intestinal tract.
