5-ZINE-D is a combination of four medicines: PHENYLEPHRINE 5 MG, DIPHENHYDRAMINE 25 MG, CAFFEINE 30 MG, PARACETAMOL, HYDROCHLORIDE, which are used in the treatment of symptoms of flu, cold, headache, fever, aches, pain, sinus, and nasal congestion.

Diphenhydramine comes in an anti-allergic range that provides relieves in allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.
