OLOZEN-K, is a sterile ophthalmic solution containing olopatadine, it is an antihistamine with mast-cell stabilizing properties used in the treatment of ALLERGIC CONJUNCTIVITIS.

Olopatadine is a Histamine-1 Receptor Inhibitor. Ketorolac tromethamine is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug which, when administered systemically, has demonstrated analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-pyretic activity. Ketorolac is used during eye surgery to maintain mydriasis, or the relaxing of the iris muscles to perform cataract surgery.

Ketorolac is effective in treating ocular itching; the ketorolac ophthalmic formulation is associated with a decreased development of macular edema after cataract surgery Ketorolac tromethamine is thought to be due to its ability to inhibit prostaglandin biosynthesis.

It is indicated for the short-term, management of moderately severe acute pain that requires analgesia at the opioid level.
